Lanyards and ID Cards

All students will receive a student ID card and lanyard when they start College. If you do not receive yours, please speak to your Personal Tutor. You must have your ID card with you at all times while on campus.

Printing

Your ID card allows you to use the College printers around campus. Without it you will not be able to print. At the start of both Lower Sixth and Upper Sixth you are given £10 print credit. This will expire at the end of your time at Godalming College. If you run out of print credit you can top it up at the IT Helpdesk or Library. Cash, card, & contactless are accepted.

Lost or broken ID cards

Replacement ID cards can be purchased from the IT Helpdesk for £5. Cash, card, & contactless are accepted.
