Expired Passwords
Passwords expire every 90 days. If you in College, log in to a College PC with your expired password and follow the instructions on the screen to change it. If you are at home you can change your password via College email - click on the email link on Godalming Online home page and type in your Student Number and expired password. Please make sure that in the "Domain\username" box you fill in GODALMING\ followed by your username, for example GODALMING\229999. If you need further help please contact the IT Helpdesk.
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password you can get it reset by visiting the IT Helpdesk or calling 01483 411 240. We are sorry but, for security reasons, passwords cannot be reset by email. To reset your password at the IT Helpdesk, you must have your College ID card with you.
Password Requirements
Passwords must have: 8 or more characters, uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, & symbol. They can not contain any of your names (first or last) or have been used before.
