This short course on employability skills is designed primarily for Upper Sixth students who are preparing to enter the world of work. It is particularly designed to help you think about competency-based interviews and applications, what these are, and how you can confidently complete them. There is only one final piece of work to complete, which will help you create a portfolio of your own personal examples of core competencies which you should keep, refer to and add to for future use.
