Born in 1970, Wayne McGregor is a multi award winning British choreographer and director, internationally renowned for trailblazing innovations in performance that have radically redefined dance in the modern era. In this video you see McGregor talking through his process working alongside 2 dancers.

In 2006, the premiere of Wayne McGregor’s Chroma felt like a radical incursion on to the Royal Ballet stage with its hot, howling score, its cool minimalist set and combatively off-kilter dancing. Now the ballet is regarded as a modern classic.

Fantastic duet that includes outstanding solo's that demonstrate  inventive and beautiful choreography.

A brilliant example of an interesting opening, great use of shapes and formations. Definitely one to watch!

This is a brilliant example of technique and choreography. It's extremely interesting and keeps the audience wanting more.

Technically very strong. Watch out for the smooth transitions through time and space. There are no pauses at all.

This is an emotional piece that demonstrates fantastic solos that keep you wanting more. Cleverly performed in the round.
