Investigation so far .....

You must submit the work you have done on your investigation as 1 word document. It should include enough evidence so that we can say that you thoroughly understand the users requirements. (i.e. that you can workout how to create the inputs, outputs and MOST IMPORTANTLY the processing for your system.)

it could include:

• Overview of who the end user is (or if more then one are)
• Names, Workplace, How many etc..
• Transcript of Interview(s)
• Results of questionnaire (if you did one) Make sure you summarise the responses
• Scans of all documents captured (this is ESSENTIAL!!!)
• Write-up of an observation (along with the interview this must show any processes that happen)
• Document specification sheets for documents hat contain analysable data
• System flowcharts of any process that happen

There will be a full submission of Analysis later in September, so don't worry if this is not complete at this stage, BUT we need to see that you have made some progress with your project.
