OFFICIAL FINAL HAND-IN

This MUST be uploaded as a SINGLE PDF FILE. (Most word processors allow you to saveAs or ExportTo PDF)  Make sure it is full colour A4.

Make sure you have:

• The front page should clearly state the following:
  • Project Title, Your Name, Candidate Number, Center number:64395, and Godalming College
• A table of contents with the bare minimum of each chapter on it.
• Page numbers
• Header and footer with: Name, Candidate Number, Center number:64395, and Godalming College
• Full evidence of your whole system.
  • YouTube Videos
  • ScreenShots
  • Code Dump (at the end in an appendix please)
  • The most important code shown in the design or a technical solution section.
• Something written for your evaluation

You should be uploading 2 Files:

1. The documentation that you have printed in a single PDF file.  (No other formats please!)
2. The Candidate Record Form completed and signed. Make sure you say if you have had extra help. If you have cited references in your documentation then say that on the CRF.  (upload this in one fo the following formats:
   1. Word format with your signature as an image. 
   2. A pdf (your have printed, completed and scanned the CRF)
   3. An image (you have printed, completed and taken a photo of the CRF)

Phil and I will mark and moderate these as usual.  I intend to release these scores to you as per the Exam board regulations BUT be aware that these rules may change.
