Monster Structured Programming Extension Tasks

Please upload Monster Code Programming Extensions numbers 1 to 5

Only do this for the structured code 

You must copy and paste the code you have generated for each task into a HeAD. 

Decide on what tests you need to show unquestionably that your code works. List these in the head for each task with a heading "Test Plan"

Add screenshots showing the results for your tests..

Please make sure that your HEAD is formatted in a way that will read well on a screen. It would be helpful fo you to export the HeAD to a pdf before uploading and it is easier for the software to convert it to a format we can mark on screen.
