Change the colour of section heading bars

If you are able to edit a course page you will be able to change the colour of the section bars.  Coloured section bars are displayed when you are using the "Colapsed Topic Heading" course format type.  to change the colours of the bars you need to: 

1. In the Administration area on the left side of the course page select Edit settings
2. Scroll down until you come to Course format and open the section
3. The Format should be Collapsed Topics, to change the colour of the section heading bars click on the colour in Toggle background and select a new colour.  To change the font colour change the Toggle foreground colour.
4. Go to the bottom of the screen and Save changes
