Blended Learning Work

The AQA Practical Physics course is summarised in this eBook now available on ProQuest.

You will be using the book for the first few weeks of remote "blended" learning, alongside the worksheet we will add below

Week 1 / 2 

Read pages 19-->29, to get an overview of the AQA practical course.

We want you to be able to take measurements with a vernier calliper.

Week 3 / 4

This is your second week of learning from home... Make sure you listen to the introduction and get registered with your "Lab Teacher", they may ask you to stay in the teams meeting so you can ask questions etc..

Read pages 30-->46, to learn more about the practical analysis skills you will be developing in the next few weeks,  have a go at as many of the knowledge checks as you can on these pages.. (don't worry if you aren't familiar with the physics yet.. just treat it as data). 

Micrometer Screw Gauges are another measurement device you need to be able to use.

for this weeks practical tasks you are going to do some questions from the textbook on practical skills.  YOU NEED TO USE THE VLE BOOK version of the text book.. the ProQuest version has year2 skill mixed together with the year1 skills.
